Backed by the NFL, the HealthBowl is a free interactive health fair with fun activities for the whole family. 

Come join us for free health screenings, meet NFL players,  get your blood rushing with an Xbox virtual workout, or better yet join us for the HealthBowl 5K run/walk. 

There is something here for the whole family …  enjoy a free bite at the healthy cooking demo or try a quick zumba class.  There will be plenty of free give-aways and prizes throughout the day.
